- One must be present to receive live shipments or notify us to add a "HOLD AT POST OFFIVE NOTICE". We do NOT guarantee a live delivery if they are left in mailbox or on porch.
-We will replace DOA shipments under the following conditions
- Notification of a DOA shipment must
be received be us within 2 hours
of delivery.
- Must provide an accompanying video
image of dead arrival to.
- No refunds for live shipments.
At 377 Worm Farm, we strive to provide the highest quality worms to our customers. However, due to the natural diversity and potential for crossbreeding in our stock, we cannot guarantee that all worms will be 100% pure of any specific species.
While we make every effort to maintain accurate species identification and ensure the health of our worms, variations in size, color, and characteristics may occur. Environmental factors, breeding, and other natural elements can influence the traits of the worms over time.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept that it is impossible to guarantee 100% purity of species and that any worms sold may exhibit natural variations.
